AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIC SURVEY DATA COLLECTION

Starting from June 1 to June 30 2024, BPS East Manggarai Regency carried out data collection activities for the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP). This data collection was carried out using the PAPI (Pencil and Paper Interviewing) method.

A total of 16 East Manggarai Regency BPS officers, consisting of 12 partners as enumerators and 4 Organic Employees as supervisors, were assigned to carry out this data collection. Before going to the field, the officer had attended officer training which was held from 27 to 31 May 2024.

The purpose of the Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) data collection is the availability of accurate and up-to-date agricultural economic data which can be used as a reference for the government and stakeholders in planning and formulating policies for both internal and national development purposes, and the purpose of the data collection This Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) is to obtain information on the characteristics of agricultural business units, obtain information on income from agricultural activities over the past year, obtain information on expenditure on agricultural business units over the past year, obtain investment, financial and accuracy information held by the owner. agricultural business, and Obtain marketing information. Through the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP), it is hoped that the economic conditions of agriculture in Indonesia will be known.
