MEETING DISCUSSION ON THE 2025 STRATEGIC PLAN AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE 2020-2025 STRATEGIC PLAN. On Thursday, June 19, 2025, all employees of the BPS Manggarai Timur held a meeting to discuss the 2025 strategic plan and evaluate the achievements of the 2020-2024 strategic plan. The Strategic Plan (Renstra) is a medium-term planning document, usually for a period of 5 years, which contains the vision, mission, goals, strategies, policies, programs, and main activities of an organization or agency. The Renstra serves as a guide in achieving long-term goals and adapting to changes in the strategic environment. In 2025, BPS Manggarai Timur is preparing and establishing performance targets for the next 5 years. As an initial step for future improvements, an evaluation of the performance and challenges of the past 5-year strategic plan is conducted to realize better steps forward. On this occasion, an evaluation of the implementation of the Integrity Zone for the first quarter of 2025 was also carried out.
