[Wednesday, 12/08/2026] Activities of the Field Task Force for the 2026 Economic Census in the Strategic Economic Area of Borong Market

The BPS Field Task Force of East Manggarai Regency, along with the local Borong market data collection team, agreed to carry out the 2026 Economic Census data collection in Borong Market, which is known as a high non-response area.

The acting head of BPS East Manggarai guided the selected officers to join a small discussion with the Borong market head to get an idea of the locations with high non-response and the reasons behind it.

After a short briefing about the Borong market conditions, the task force together with the SE2026 field officers conducted a focused and orderly survey of business owners who had previously refused to provide data for the 2026 Economic Census.
