BPS East Manggarai Regency carried out the 2024 SLS Updating Enumeration Area (EA) Data Collection Activity. The 2024 SLS Updating Enumeration Area (EA) data collection activity was based on the results of identifying SLS that had undergone changes obtained from the results of the PODES data collection which was carried out in May 2024 and other activities from BPS,. The objectives of the 2024 SLS Updating Enumeration Area (EA) activity are: to capture information on SLS changes on an ongoing basis, update SLS content that has undergone changes and produce an up to date SLS master and map as a reference for updating the sample frame.

Local Environmental Units (SLS) are environmental units under the Village/Kelurahan, such as Rukun Tetangga (RT), Rukun Warga (RW), Hamlet or neighborhood.

The results of the identification of SLS PODES 2024 BPS East Manggarai Regency were 13 SLS which experienced changes from 7 identified villages.

EA SLS 2024 updating officers visit SLS locations that have experienced changes and carry out geotagging (geographical marking of area change boundary locations via the Wilkerstat application, correct boundary changes on the SLS area map and calculate the load on the SLS. Furthermore, the results of field updating will be used as a basis SLS map processing.
