Knowledge Sharing by the Administration and General Team of BPS East Manggarai Regency

Wednesday, December 11, 2024, all BPS employees of East Manggarai Regency carried out knowledge sharing activities at the BPS Office of East Manggarai Regency. The knowledge sharing agenda for December was filled by 4 employees from the Administrative and General Team as resource persons by discussing material related to the Procedure for the Implementation of Disciplinary Punishments, mainly in East Manggarai Regency.

In the material presentation session, the TU Team explained about the laws that regulate disciplinary punishments, the reasons for the provision of disciplinary punishments, and the types of disciplinary punishments given according to the violations committed. All the material presented is an affirmation for other employees in understanding the governance and process of giving disciplinary punishments. This is also one of the efforts to remind fellow employees to further reapply the core value of "BerAKHLAK" as a State Civil Apparatus.

Knowledge sharing activities are expected to be a positive forum for sharing knowledge, especially knowledge related to statistics and staffing. This activity is also a form of implementation of the core values of competent and loyal ASN in improving their quality.
